Refund Policy

At EarthPoorna, every product is made in small batches with love and the finest natural ingredients. Once an order is confirmed, we are unable to accept return or refund requests. However, in the situations listed below, we are more than happy to work with you to find a fair and amicable solution.

Damaged Product

  • We will happily resend and replace the product within 7–10 working days.
  • EarthPoorna must be notified of a damaged product within 2 days of the delivery date via email to earthpoorna@earthpoorna.in.
  • Please include in your email: order number, image of invoice, 1 outer box image, 2 clear images of the damaged product, and an unboxing video.
  • In case of multiple item shipments, only the affected product can be returned and replaced.
  • We will respond to your email within 24–48 hours and provide full assistance thereafter.

Missing Product

  • EarthPoorna must be notified of a missing product within 2 days of the delivery date via email to earthpoorna@earthpoorna.in.
  • Please include: order number, image of invoice, 1 outer box image, 2 clear images of the opened box, and an unboxing video showing all items received.
  • We are unable to process a cash refund, but we will promptly resend the missing product.
  • We will respond within 24–48 hours and provide full assistance thereafter.

Spoiled Product

  • EarthPoorna must be notified of spoilage within 2 days of the delivery date via email to earthpoorna@earthpoorna.in.
  • Please include: order number, date of packaging/manufacture, and clear images or video of the product.
  • Please note: we are unable to accept returns due to variance in taste, texture, colour, or aroma. Our products are completely natural and handmade — no two batches are identical, and no compromise is made on ingredients or nutritional value.
  • We will investigate and work with you to provide a fair outcome. The product will be replaced after due diligence.
  • We will respond within 24–48 hours and provide full assistance thereafter.
