Shipping and Delivery Policy

At EarthPoorna, we take great care to ensure your farm-fresh, handcrafted laddoos reach you in perfect condition.

A complete postal address including pin code, email ID, and contact number is essential to ship your order. Please cross-check your pin code and contact number before completing your order.
If your ordered item is in stock, it will be packed and dispatched from our warehouse within 3 working days.
If some items are not in stock, they will be freshly produced and dispatched within 10 working days of your order being placed. We will keep you informed in such cases.

Our courier partners deliver between Monday to Saturday, 9am to 7pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays.
Delivery timelines are subject to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, strikes, or unexpected delays from our courier partners.

As soon as your package is dispatched, we will email you your order tracking details. Kindly bear with us until then.
