Why This Works
Gond โ or dink as we call it in Maharashtra โ is edible tree resin that Ayurveda has used for centuries to strengthen bones, joints and the lower back. In the cold months, the body needs warming, dense foods to stay grounded, and gond does exactly that. We've combined it with ghee and jaggery โ both considered ushna (heat-generating) in traditional medicine โ so every bite works with your body, not against it.
